In our daily, we use many types of hangers, such as plastic hangers, iron hangers, and rubber-coated iron hangers. The raw materials for making wire hangers are usually galvanized wire and coated wire. In addition, we can also make plastic coated wire hangers. Its production process includes the wire hanger forming, plastic powder coating, and coated wire hangers drying.
Why do customers choose to make plastic coated wire hangers?
Generally, there are two methods for making rubber-coated wire hangers. One method is to directly use the hanger machine to make the coated iron wire into a hanger. Another method is to use a hanger machine to make galvanized wire or ordinary iron wire into hangers and then use plastic powder spraying equipment to evenly coat the plastic powder on the hanger at a high temperature.
The main reason why many customers don’t choose to make plastic coated wire hangers is that the cost of the local coated wire is too high. The cost of processing coated wire hangers with plastic powder spraying equipment is relatively low.
Steps for making the cloth hangers
- Wire hangers forming. We first need to use the hanger forming machine to extrude the galvanized wire or iron wire into a hanger.
- Plastic powder spraying. After the clothes hanger is formed, we need to evenly hang the clothes hanger on the fixed bracket. Then we can use the plastic powder coating machine to coat the hangers evenly with the plastic powder in batches. The excess plastic powder in the coating equipment can also be recycled and reused.
- Plastic coated wire hangers drying. After the hanger is coated with plastic powder, it needs to be dried by a dryer. The drying temperature of wire hangers is 180℃, and the drying time for each batch is about 15-20 minutes. After drying, we can pack and sell the hanger.
